A small studio, a clear belief.

Elli's Healthy Specialities was born from a quiet conviction: that the desserts we love most should also love us back. Trained in classical pastry and devoted to a wellness-first kitchen, Elli rebuilt every recipe from the ground up — keeping the elegance, removing the refined sugar.

Today the studio works with a small number of clients each week. Every box, every cake, every candy bar is made by hand, to order, with ingredients chosen one at a time.
